2. Wholesale Business Customers

3. Products & Liquidation Nature
3.1. Product Description: We specialize in selling wholesale liquidation pallets, which may consist of customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls, or closeout merchandise.
3.2. “As-Is” Condition: All pallets are sold “AS-IS,” “WHERE IS,” and with “ALL FAULTS.” We do not guarantee the functionality, condition, or merchantability of any individual item within a pallet.
3.3. Manifest & Variation: While we provide a general manifest or category description (e.g., “Electronics,” “Home Goods”), the specific brands, models, and conditions of items can and will vary. We do not guarantee you will receive any specific brand or item.
3.4. No Refunds or Returns: Due to the random and as-is nature of liquidation merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once a pallet is purchased.
4. Ordering & Payment
4.1. Pricing: Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
4.2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on the Site.
4.3. Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product description, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & Receipt of Goods
5.1. Freight: All pallets are shipped via freight carrier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are typically calculated at checkout or arranged separately.
5.2. Inspection Period: It is your responsibility to inspect the pallet(s) immediately upon delivery from the freight carrier. You must note any visible damage or discrepancies on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing and accepting the shipment. Claims for shipping damage cannot be filed after the BOL is signed as “clean.”
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesale Pallets Co., including its directors and employees, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for the specific pallet in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
