Thank you for your interest in Wholesale Pallets Co. Please review our shipping and freight policies carefully to ensure a smooth delivery process for your wholesale liquidation pallets.
1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
All of our pallets are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight Carriers. We partner with trusted national carriers such as:
- FedEx Freight
- UPS Freight
- Estes Express
- SAIA Motor Freight
- And other regional carriers
The specific carrier for your order will be chosen based on your location and the most efficient service available.
2. Shipping Costs & Quotes
- Freight Quotes: Shipping costs are calculated based on the pallet dimensions, weight, and your delivery address (zip code). A freight quote will be provided during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
- What’s Included: The quoted freight cost covers standard curbside delivery.
3. Delivery Process & Expectations
Important: Our pallets are delivered via large freight trucks, not standard parcel couriers (like UPS or FedEx for small packages).
- Delivery Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, transit times typically range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight deliveries are curbside only. This means the truck driver will place your pallet(s) on the curb or at the end of your driveway. They are not required to bring the pallet into your garage, warehouse, or place of business.
- Liftgate Service: Liftgate service is included at no extra charge. Our freight partners are instructed to use the truck’s liftgate to lower the pallet to ground level.
- Notification: You will receive a tracking number and pro number via email once your pallet is shipped. The carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window.
4. Receiving Your Pallet – CRITICAL INSPECTION
This is the most important step to protect your purchase.
- INSPECT BEFORE YOU SIGN: When the freight driver arrives, you MUST inspect the pallet for any visible damage (e.g., broken wood, crushed boxes, torn shrink wrap) BEFORE you sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- NOTE ANY DAMAGE: If you see any damage, you MUST note it clearly on the driver’s copy of the BOL. Write “SHIPMENT DAMAGED” or describe the specific damage. Take pictures of the damage with your phone.
- SIGNING CLEAN: If you sign the BOL without noting any damage, you are accepting the shipment in “apparent good condition.” We cannot file a freight claim for damages that were not noted at the time of delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the continental United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- You must provide a physical, commercial, or warehouse address that is accessible by a large freight truck.
6. Order Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and stage your order for pickup by the freight carrier before it is in transit. You will receive a notification email as soon as it ships.
7. Need Help With Your Shipment?
For any questions about your shipment after it has left our warehouse, please contact the freight carrier directly using the tracking number or pro number provided.
